As an established businessman and environmentalist, John brings over 20 years of experience in managing businesses and developing sustainable environmental initiatives. Also as the managing member of WasteStrategies, an environmental management company, John’s extensive knowledge of regulatory policy guides Easton Point Marina and Pier Pressure’s environmental standards and practices.
A native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore and third-generation marine-service operator, Tristan has a long-history and appreciation of the marina industry. Tristan received his hands-on training while growing up in his family’s Marina and Boat Charter business that operated throughout the upper Chesapeake Bay, Costa Rica, and the Florida Keys. He attended ABYC and Yanmar Diesel School, where he received training in marine system repair and maintenance.
Gordon was born and raised in Annapolis working through high school and college in the marine construction industry. He took over the family business in 1992 and in 1996, reorganized under his own name Arrow Environmental Services. Billy brings generations of experience with piers, bulkheads, rip-rap and boatlifts. He shares a deep connection with the waters surrounding Annapolis and believes with sound maintenance practices we can once again “see eight feet to the bottom.” Billy holds a 25 ton commercial captain's license.
Rebekah joined the Easton Point Marina and Pier Pressure team in 2018 and coordinates our day-to-day operations. She is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and partners and keeping things running smoothly. Rebekah brings almost a decade of retail experience and deep-rooted knowledge of Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
